So it’s another summary of the week
My dosage is still 4ius
The changes:
I grew 0.5cm(it was consistently shown, i measured myself with the wall every day in span of 3 days to check if it’s mis measurement or not(it is not)
Probably because i lost some fat now i can see some veins on my collarbone and chest
Biceps got bigger again
Negative changes:

Don't start that low though, pin 6-8 ius but split it if you have concerns.

Why split? After pinning your blood glucose increases and you are temporarily diabetic and your insulin is not active, so you need to fast for atleast the half life of the HGH [like 2 hrs] since if you eat a high glucose food or any food in general you will spike your glucose and your body cant fight against it untill the HGH is gone. but if you pin at night you are already fasting while sleeping, sooo your glucose will be fine when insulin is tanked

Arimedex is more potent and non suicidal, so you would supress more e2 than with aromasin and you wouldn't increase testosterone [which also speeds up growth plate closure, not as fast as e2, but regardless], however you need to be consistent to not create estrogenic rebounds


No point in aromasin if you dont have ADHD or arent on a cycle

Well I figured he was starting on a low dose due to a fear of side effects. I had some cranial pressure when I was pinning 6ius at once so I split it and it pretty much went away.

I assume he wont notice any severe side effects. His muscle has seen notable effects, so he is already getting the benefits without much of sides
