if you jump on HGH now

risk premature growth plate closure (bye-bye height gains)

acromegaly (google it, then cry)

lifetime hormone dependency (enjoy injecting yourself at 20)

your 'bidelt' sucks because you're 130lbs soaking wet, not because you lack pharma-grade GH. get on a real lifting program, slam whole milk, and come back in 2 years if you're still short.

Are you retarded, do research and stop trying to ruin this lil niggas life? How would premature growth plate closure even happen please enlighten me on it. Acromegaly only happens to adults with too much hgh and they have growth plates closed and even then you would need to run double digit UI's for years for it to happen. Absolute retard, Do i even have to speak on the third one? If you run a cycle for 6 months or 8 you'll go back to making hgh as normally as you would in weeks. JFL at your shitty normie advice (just drink your milk bro!!!!)

let me break this down in crayon for you since you clearly failed basic endocrinology

GH to IGF-1 leads to estrogen spike then growth plate fusion. this isn't rocket science, it's hormone 101. your pubescent HPTA isn't some resilient 25yo endocrine system, fuck with it now and enjoy being 5'7".

acromegaly takes years? sure. but you know what happens first?
insulin resistance that makes your pancreas tap out, joint pain that'd make an old man weep, and soft tissue growth.

'HPTA bounces back', tell that to the 19yos on TRT because they blasted SARMs at 16. rebound isn't guaranteed when you're still mid-puberty, genius.

your brilliant advice is to give a 14yo exogenous hormones️, ignore 99% of growth potential from food/training️, pretend side effects are myths

that 14-year-old's pituitary is already pumping out more growth hormone than you could afford on the black market. but sure, let's throw some unregulated peptides at it because some dropout on a bodybuilding forum said it's cool.

what's the worst that could happen. oh right, stunted growth, wrecked insulin sensitivity, and a future of explaining to dates why you still sound like a prepubescent chipmunk at 25.

but hey, you do you. Just don't come crying when he ends up 5'7" with the joint pain of an 80-year-old because you wanted to play mad scientist.

lmao 'just use an ai bro',spoken like someone who couldn't tell an aromatase inhibitor from a tic tac. newsflash, nuking e2 during puberty = guaranteed stunted growth.

but hey, enjoy being 5'6" because you wanted to play endocrinologist with your mom's credit card.

'hgh isn't a sarm' - no shit sherlock. it's worse. sarms just nuke your test. hgh at 14? that's playing jenga with your growth plates, glucose tolerance, facial structure (neanderthal)

'return to normal levels'?? tell that to the kids still waiting for their natural production to bounce back 3 years later. but keep coping with your broscience

Yeah it’s pumping a decent amount for some but not all, 5-6 iu of hgh is already alot above the amount a 14 year old produces.

Stop fear mongering people about the things that COULD happen, theres alot of thing that could go wrong but also positive. If you use hgh right with the correct ancillaries you won’t experience most of these shit, never heard of stunting growth with hgh and it probably is similar to aromazitation causing stunted growth so you could take ai for that.

Yeah cool thing bro.. its this thing called balancing how much of a dose you take. You feel like shit and brain fog = Too much, lesser the dossage. Also Regular blood tests to track hormone levels!!! adjust your dosage of an ai to maintain a balance enough to slow estrogen's effects on growth plates without eliminating it entirely!!! It's really cool ikr its basic research on google. Also stop coping with the acromegaly features, don't take too much of a high dose and you should be literally fine. Then it only has positive effects

using nuclear power on estrogen during puberty doesn't 'save' height ... it uses nuclear power on bone maturation, collagen synthesis, and brain development. but sure, let's trade 1 inch of height for the skeletal integrity of a stale croissant.

3 times the natural production of human growth hormone (HGH) is equal to 5-6 IU. An average 14-year-old body already has an excess of IGF-1, thus, it doesn't require 5-6 IU of HGH.

adding exogenous GH is like revving a Lamborghini engine in neutral: all noise, no gain, guaranteed engine meltdown.

You have never heard of stunted growth because you read bro forums and not longitudinal studies. Bone age scans don’t lie. If you blast GH and AIs, you can watch your growth plates fuse faster than the rate of decay of a meth fiend’s teeth.

supplements? they won’t save your body from the ravages of growth hormone when it’s being secreted in huge amounts. see the above. joints feeling stiff? that’s your cartilage waving goodbye.

balance the dose’ copium.

playing endocrine jenga with drugs you can’t pronounce. GH spikes IGF-1 then plates fuse faster than your attention span.
AI tweaks? estrogen’s not a dimmer switch, nuke it and watch your bones crumble like feta.

blood tests won’t save you when GH turns your pancreas into a pinata. ‘positive effects’ = temporary gains vs. lifelong Ls. enjoy being 5’8”

Is taking HGH useless? If not how do you safely use it
here’s the least-stupid approach ,

cap dosage at 1 IU/day, pulsing 5 days on/2 off to avoid turning your pituitary into a lazy bum.

bloodwork isn’t optional - track IGF-1 like it’s your credit score, and if fasting glucose creeps above 95, abort.

pair it with berberine to mildly curb the insulin resistance tsunami and telmisartan to keep your blood pressure from mimicking a geyser. bone age scans every 90 days, if plates start fusing faster than a trend, ditch the protocol unless you’re cool being 5’7” with the hands of a silverback.

and let’s be real, this costs more than a used Honda Civic for maybe an extra inch, assuming your genes aren’t mid.

You’re taking a very medical look bhai, on “bro forums” you can actually see experiences others have had instead of researching online, even if you do read studies you should see that it does work.

But yeah i agree that it may not give guaranteed results but it could, just like how you could get other sides with it theres also a chance you could and probably will grow with it.

If you’re not that desperate for height theres no reason to take it imo, i see 14yr olds at 6’ here asking about hgh which probably wont work for them.

What do you consider huge amounts of hgh tho? 5 iu should be the avg dose which i dont consider huge, things like acromegaly you’ve said earlier only happen at two digit doses for years.

And you can counter the insulin resistance as far as i know, and joint shouldn’t just die on you.

don’t ‘bhai’ me,

bro forums is not data. for every ‘i grew 3 inches on HGH’ post, there are 10 dudes silently coping with fused plates and A1Cs higher than their bench.
survivorship bias is a helluva drug.

‘5 IU isn’t huge’, spoken like someone who’d mainline DNP if a meme said it burns fat. 5 IU/day is 3x the natural GH output for teens. IGF-1 doesn’t care about your bro-math, it’ll still spike, still accelerate bone age, still gamble your final height on genetic dice rolls.

‘acromegaly needs double digits’, yeah, if you want full goblin mode. but soft tissue growth (hands, jaw, feet) starts at 2-3 IU.
subtle changes you won’t notice until your prom pics look like a witness protection photo.

insulin resistance ‘counters’? berberine’s a band-aid on a bullet wound.
GH-induced glucose dysfunction is cumulative - no amount of metformin saves your pancreas when you’re dosing puberty like a lab rat.

joints don’t ‘just die’ , they erode. GH thickens cartilage initially, then wears it down like bad tires. enjoy needing knee replacements at 30 because you prioritized 1.5” of height.

IGF-1 only accelerates your bone age when its constantly elevated. Guess how long it lasts when you take low dosages?

IGF-1 spikes? even low-dose pulses add up. think of it like sun exposure, one beach day won’t melanoma-maxx you, but weekly UV benders.. enjoy your dermatologist’s yacht payment.

bone age acceleration isn’t a light switch. every HGH dose nudges plates toward fusion. stop after 6 months? plates don’t re-open. they’re done.

joint erosion isn’t a side effect, it’s a guarantee. GH thickens cartilage, then grinds it to dust. by 25, you’ll walk like a rusty transformer.

tag me all you want post-cycle. when your glucose hits 110 ,I’ll be laughing at your cope.
