Is it too late to use hgh if I’m coming up on being 19. My brother had like a 3 inch growth spurt naturally when he was this age so I imagine my growth plates aren’t fused quite yet. The difference is he had much better nutrition cuz he had meal plans in college, that’s why I’m considering gh to help cuz im lacking perfect nutrition. I don’t wanna be 5’9 forever

just get a xray to see if they are open but there's like a 95% chance they're not and if they are then you will only grow a few more centimeters at max
