How much dosing should I do and how much should a cycle last

3-6 iu a day for 4-5 months prob.
Depends if you run it for the gym or for anti aging

He is likely running it as an insecure teenager that wants to grow height.

Nobody here is running it for 'anti-aging' :feelskek:
Not for the gym, they get on Test for that

No i got a private seller on telegram but it's only in denmark.
He charged 200 euro for 120 iu so it should be around that price if you find a plug

If you have access to blood tests it's easier to dial in the optimal dosage. The main idea is to start at 1IU/day and taper up until your blood IGF-1 levels reach the upper limit of the reference range.

Somewhere in your HGH journey you should also get X-rays to check whether the growth plates in your legs are still open. Your spine will almost always be growing until 24/25, but if your legs aren't growing in proportion then you will end up looking like a deformed penguin

You could, for example, sprain your ankle and then ask the doctor for an ankle X-ray, as there is a growth plate there.

Okay okay thanks I’m 14 but I think hgh at this age is just to much so I’m thinking about doing it at 16 or late 15

Quite the opposite. You said you are 14, that's like a prime age to take HGH. You could easily get 15cm+ of growth (counting natural growth as well) IF you stay disciplined for 2-3 years.

Sorry but thats the truth, HGH is not a magic peptide that would make you 180+ cm, but ye if ur still 14 you should wait till ur 16 maybe u will grow a bit till then

All this time i was thinking i will be in range of 183-185cm because height calculator and ChatGPT and all friends told me that

Thats what im saying, if you grow to like 178 for example till 16, then with HGH you could reach around 183 cm.

Aight thanks, so there’s maybe hope I’ll be slightly below avg in my country, almost every classmate is 183+ and 50% of girls are taller then me every time i see someone 16+ they are 99% 190+
