Using an AI is the WORST decision you could make out of all this shit advice. You'll likely crash your estrogen and estrogen is crucial for bone development and brain development.
HGH is not reliably shown to significantly increase height in non-gh deficient adolescents either, though it's definitely possible and has happened. I wouldn't push past 4iu's as for adverse effects and you'll likely buy piss water gh trying to cut costs to run more.
