I used 10 mg vials. At the beginning I took about 2.5 mg per night, and toward the end of therapy (near growth plate closure) I increased to about 3.5 mg per night, but it was consistently increased every 6 months to a year. Since it was a medical condition all expenses were covered by the healthcare system of the country, so for other stuff like needles i spent very little, if im correct around 7.5 ui at the beginning of the therapy and 10.5 ui at the end

I had the opportunity to get a prescription for it but I was dumb. I was thinking of taking the exact same approach
