depends on your age. it probably wont do too much growth but you can try your best.
hgh is usually taken for atleast 6 to 12 months for good results
and you dont need to worry about your natural production because your natural produciton will return to normal levels a few days after stopping hgh

yea as i said 6 to 12 months. im not sure how much hgh but i would recommend doing atleast 6 iu or more. you should research about it tho
