Just pin in your glute and if your in is above room temperature you can calculate how much bac water you needstart with 2-4 iu and the up the dose like weekly if you have the money 10iu would be good and optimal im on 15iu rn and a friend of mine on 8 (he don’t have a job so he’s broke)

It’s simple if your vial has 50 iu and you use 1ml bac water every 0,2 ml is 10 iu and if you use 2 ml every 0,2ml is 5 iu and 0,1ml is 2,5 so like use for the first vial 2ml and fin 2,5iu (0,1ml) for 1-2week then do 5iu (0,2ml) for 4 weeks and if you want to go to 10 iu then do the rest of the vial 0,4ml an then do the next vial with 1ml and pin every day 10 iu (0,2ml on that vial)
