I see a lot of people using Erdafitinib (FGFR3 inhibator) for accelerating bone elongation and heigh maxx. It basically blocks FGFR3 the main protein that slows bone growth so theoretically it will allow cartilage cells in the growth plate to divide more quickly. But it could grow you way faster than expected (sould be concerned but doesnt mean its unuseable) which could lead to severe skeletal deformities and kyphoscoliosis.

I think it just doesn’t allow the plates to fuse, so its good if u use HGH or something like that because hgh usually speeds up the plates closure, and how tf can erdafitinib cause skeletal deformities

Not exactly. Erdafitinib doesn’t simply keep growth plates open, it blocks FGFR3, which is one of the main brakes on bone growth (blocking the protein -and cells function- to slow down/brake bone growth). That can cause growth to become excessive (super fast basically), or even unbalanced. That can cause bones to grow out of proportion, which leads to deformities such as scoliosis and kyphosis-kyphoscoliosis. The problem is uncontrolled growth, not simply keeping the plates open.

The problem is that the doses are super broad and to understand your genes because it could have different power/effects on everybody. Basically you need to do that under a doctor with a lot of tests, screening etc. But yeah using it correcty is a possibility, its just hard because its not a super known-well tested product.
