I am in America for breakfast. I have plain cereal with protein milk And a protein shake I also have an everything bagel after and then I have around 3 to 5 ounces of pasta and then I have another protein shake and then I have around 3 ounces of 8515 ground beef with a bag of Doritos because I throw up if I don’t eat it with that
