dude just trust the process you havent even given your body a chance i think i grew like 8 inches from 13 to 15 or 16 maybe more give your body a chance do NOT hop on hgh it will fuck it all up and you dont have the money for it either and you have to be consistent hgh is like 275$ or more a week its not worth it unless your like 17 and its your last hope. i honestly am just barely above average and i mean i guess im lucky for that but im still not 6 ft and wish i was so badly please dont take any height boosting drugs while your 13.

alright bet, some people are just so harsh and toxic your 13 dont expect to be some chad give your body time to grow and develop i promise you youll grow a ton later on this year. also something i wish i knew earlier is instead of taking hgh MAXIMIZE your natural hgh production so sleep at good hours ik it sounds stupid but bro you could genuinly gain an extra inch from this save the all nighters for when your older and height isnt on the line also eat healthy i wish i did this too at a younger age it will all help you out so much i promise bro.

you could try melatonin (example like a bottle of 1mg pills and take 1 pill a night i do this everynight) for deeper sleep which can cause more hgh production at night which makes you grow more

Personally from 13 - 15 I grew from 5'3 to 6', I suggest ask your parents to get a gh test if you actually think you're deficient. u would be pinning subq so the chance's of that are close to 0
