yeah the same as my other thread i want to pin 12 iu and anastrozole but this time i want to take reta. But the problem is reta does fix everything but it exhausts the pancrea and can permanently damage the cells that produce insulin, leading to chronic diabetetes. I thought about Empagliflozin but it also causes ketoacidosis while having normal blood sugar and it also causes extreme kidney strain. I have a hard time finding ancillaries that actually help instead of just adding another problem. Please help me out
