You’re supposed to avoid always injecting in the same place because the fat there will burn quicker than the surroundings and form a dent/pit, so I imagine there probably is some minor local effect

Im almost certain that this is a fallacy. HGH doesnt have a localized fat burning effect its systemic, and subq into belly fat is the way to go imo.
