lmtn. Take advantage of your persian genes and use minxodil on lashes and brows, i know a kid that looks similar to you that had a crazy eye area even though the bones weren't even that great. You have a more acute gonial angle and shorter ramus looking at the middle photo which makes me belive your biggest constraint is your jaw. It is more rounded and seems to have gotten more downward growth than forward. Get more lean and bonesmash. You also seem to have more of a convex profile which is the result of downward growth, perhaps it is a genetics thing since my persian friends and aquaintences have it more often. Also shave the stubble if you can't grow dense facial hair.
