I'd follow an MSE treatment and see about Rhynoplasty afterwards. From there you can decide if there are other parts that you'd like to change such as your chin. You're not a bad looking guy imo, you shouldn't have any problems with women. Please shave the neckbeard though, it's not doing you any favors & keep the long hair but keep it neat. You should also look into some basic styling, you could pull off a highclass artist look with the right clothes and the long hair. How old are you?

this is my bad side, where the eye seems to be very open, nose seems turned, idk whats going on here to be sure.

i'll just fix nose/mandible and i'm good as my morphs show. maybe improve eyes too with taban.
for teeth i'll use only braces.
