Is it worth extracting four premolars in order to get braces? Also, my orthodontist doesn’t allow me to get MSE because I have a distal bite. And will braces help in any way if I have an almost high gonial angle? (In 15 years old)

Dont extract teeth it will ruin your face. I would switch orthodontist and ask for surgery.
