Wtf is wrong with you on last photo? Jaw is decent so there is some hope for you.

First you need to jump on fin and get hair transplant or you will go bald in 5 years. Start using tretinoin, your skin is very very bad, you look like 35yo not 20yo. Then get rhinoplasty. If you want to go deeper in surgeries I would consider orbit implants or atleast filler, your upper eyelid exposure is so subhuman.

Also cut that beard and fix posture
