Is gh worth taking? Why not just do something like banded sleeping if you wanna get taller

it isnt something you would feel

id say 6 months is enough to see whether u grow taller or not
less than a month for muscles to get bigger if ur gymcelling

if u can afford it then yeah
but i honestly think gh might be alot less effective than most expect
probably cope for most guys here
