Hidden cause behind bloated face?

So there is one thing I think nobody talks about when bringing up face bloat
And that’s EYEBROWS
Now my eyebrows themselves are not that much,but thin,and I just noticed that every time I kinda use the eyebrow pen on them to make them look thicker,it also makes my face look slimmer.
Maybe one cause behind a bloated face is also thin eyebrows. Thoughts?

Men are meant to have thick eyebrows so you'll look better with them, bloat or not.

Don't see why it would impact the look of bloat though tbh. I have thick eyebrows and still look bloated af, though I get you're not saying it's the only cause.
