well im trying to get close to perfect/genetic max so i dont think im in that category but many procedures can be cheaper if or even covered if you find the right surgeons. im getting bimax, jaw angles and maybe alarplasty if the base widens covered. idk where u from but which specific country ur getting the procedures plays a huge role

the surgeon just told me step offs arent happening for everyone. its a possibility for me to do them after bimax, when something bothers me after the bimax.

lol I had this thought a couple months ago. Sure u could come home ascended but appearing as something far from your norm no matter how far into the positive direction will more than likely result in negative reactions.
