I understands getting surgeries done to improve your aesthetic to benefit you in every area of life.

However, if you started to get serious with a chick, would you
a) Tell her about the surgeries
b) How do you expect most woman to feel about this?
c) If it's a bad judgement, would the judgement still be better than not getting the surgery?

I don't plan on getting serious with a girl (if I could) after surgeries but it's pretty hard to say. If I was planning on getting a serious LTR I would only choose surgeries I could pass off as being for health problems and say that

I only told one woman because she asked and we were in a 1 year LTR. Kept prodding me about a scar and I just told her I had surgery for medical reasons. She wasn't bothered at all. I didn't say it was for aesthetics though.

Good thing is surgery scars generally fade, that scar is almost invisible now.

If a random ONS asks you, you can just say you had a benign tumor removed or something.
