It's funny how no matter the group, there is a social hierarchy. If there are a group of chads, there is still a clear hierarchy for which one is MORE chad. Same thing with even fucking incel forums. There is STILL a hierarchy for people being weird/awkward. It's honestly so over for you if you're still at the bottom of a group despite it being a low value group (band group, nerd group, incel group, etc).

I knew it was over when i was on the low tier of the school marching band, i thought because i was in the top 5 percent of skill and being able to play a trumpet and clarinet it would be a bonus. That shit did not matter, thou it gave me a reason to rot at home and play games all day, i was somewhat happier. They would say nice playing, but at the end of the day social ranking and looks mattered more.
