All I have to say is thank god for modern science. You kids have no idea how lucky you are.

Trying to remain under 14% bodyfat in my teens and early 20s was a fucking nightmare. I did it a few times, but could never maintain it, and it would fuck with my sleep, immune system, mood etc.

My body just really wanted to be 18-20% and would cry non stop if it wasn't that.

Now with these amazing drugs I'm chilling on 11/12% easymode, at 30 years old, while all my NT friends are balding and getting skinnyfat.

So yeah, not saying to do anything in particular, but I am just thankful for pharmaceutical capitalism and modern science.
