i’m not going to lie i eat sugary food almost everyday and drink sodas everyday too.

my diet consists of 70% sugary food(Donuts candy sweets) and 30% regular food(pasta rice and meat)

very high in carbs and sugar and low in protein.

Blood pressure isn't that difficult to lower unless you have unfortunate ACE polymorphisms. You should lower your sodium intake and increase your potassium intake, start exercising more frequently, and do cardio 3 times a week, 2 Norwegian HIIT sessions, and 1 zone 2 cardio session.

I'll look up what you can do regarding elevated blood sugar/prediabetes and respond in a bit, what's your HBA1C btw?

How certain are you that you're prediabetic? a postprandial blood sugar of 7.2 is regular
Did you track your glucose through out the week, or did you come to that conclusion based on 1 measurement?

Alright, lets start with the basics then: Obviously you have to cut out the soda and lower your consumption of processed foods. Also, your macronutrient intake should look something like this: 45% carbs, 30% protein, and 25% fat.

Start hitting the gym more often; building more muscle will help with glucose disposal as your muscles will utilize that gluclose (improved glucose uptake); the cardio that I've mentioned before should benefit you as well.

You should consider buying a curcumin supplement as well. Here's a solid study: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl...t=CONCLUSIONS,with very minor adverse effects.
The summary of this study is basically the following: "After 9 months of treatment, 16.4% of subjects in the placebo group were diagnosed with T2DM, whereas none were diagnosed with T2DM in the curcumin-treated group."

You could also experiment with moringa powder; you could add it to a smoothie or something. I found a study, and it seems to be somewhat promising: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6950081/#sec4-nutrients-11-02907

Lastly, you should alter the way you consume your meal, I don't know if there's any truth to this, but its worth trying https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/295901
