what foods are best for this? I am trying to eat 4500+ calories a day and it’s very hard atm I’m having to drink lots of whole milk

Not peanut butter preferably

The almonds will bring you a lot of calories and it's not shit like chips otherwise

it's pretty much impossible to do this without eating processed foods high in fat/sugar, either blend your 5 chicken breasts bro or eat nuts and cooking oil.

milk is king for bulk
