This time 2 years ago I had no stress and felt like a god, but now I feel crazy symptoms of low T and high cortisol. I dropped caffeine and lowered my training frequency. I also take ashwaghanda before bed now. Anything else I could do to reduce cortisol to fix my T? I wanna get my T back, I’ve been doing everything I can to increase it but cortisol holds it back.
