High Cortisol, Low Testosterone = Ropefuel

This time 2 years ago I had no stress and felt like a god, but now I feel crazy symptoms of low T and high cortisol. I dropped caffeine and lowered my training frequency. I also take ashwaghanda before bed now. Anything else I could do to reduce cortisol to fix my T? I wanna get my T back, I’ve been doing everything I can to increase it but cortisol holds it back.

Just stop stressing

It’s as simple as that, sure it’s hard, but that’s what you have to do, just realize everything is gonna be fine
