My current idea would be following:
High cut lefort 1 to move nasal base forward. Then get rhinoplasty for better experience.
Get either lower jaw surgery if alignment is not possible or leave it be and use braces to retract teeth substantally.
Other idea would be to move nasal base speratly and even further forward.
