1st one I can see a little, but the 2nd one it seems the nasal base was already kinda forward?

Any idea about the surgeons who did these 2? And the movements?

I need to push my nasal base forward by a lot. I have a very recessed maxilla and very deep nasolabian folds

Also everything relative to that region will be left behind if you don't account for it

I have a totally flat face, I can show in dm, I really need that nasal base foward

A surgeon even commented once and said “you have very very deep nasolabian folds”

That is quadrangular leforte 1 and not high cut lefort 1, high cut leforte 1 is basically just lifting the redline slightly

Higher etc but its like risky as hell obv, close to leforte 2-3

Because the average bimax is like 3 mm maxilla advancement which ofc barely is noticeable
