1st one I can see a little, but the 2nd one it seems the nasal base was already kinda forward?

Any idea about the surgeons who did these 2? And the movements?

I need to push my nasal base forward by a lot. I have a very recessed maxilla and very deep nasolabian folds

Also everything relative to that region will be left behind if you don't account for it
