high cut vs normal lf1

what does a high cut lf1 do that a normal lf1 cannot

also what does a high cut lf1 + impaction do

would better be in surgery but i dont care. A normal Lefort just moves the lower part of the upper jaw(teeth and surrounding bones), At a high cut Lefort the cut is made much higher this moves the entire midface And High cut lefort + Impaction just shortens the vertical length of the Face
