This is high, looks very feminine.
High dimo doesn't have to be a boneless foid with good harmony.

One could argue that neoteny can actually correlate negatively with dimorphism, since in the juvenile stages of development, the differences between males and females is smaller

i disagree, the reason why the difference is smaller is because males are much more feminine during that time
meanwhile women are not seen to have any masculine traits at that time

Juveniles literally cannot be "more feminine" or "more masculine" because dimorphism is relative.

What is defined as "manly looking" is in relation to the females of your population, it's not an absolute metric


Meaning that both male and female children have zero dimorphism, because they have very little differences when they first start developing in the womb and so on

for example her dimo isnt all that, since she lacks some miscellaneous traits for dimorphism and is clearly underdeveloped,so nromal people arent atrtacted to her

in comparison, this is much more feminine and much more developed, even thouh she is neotenous she has dimorphic traits that are beyond neoteny
