High dose vitamin K2 for facial bone growth?

I have been megadosing vitamin K2 (primarily mk-7) by eating lots of natto. It also helps with gut health apparently.

Do you think high consumption of K2 foods rather than faulty supplements will be enough to produce good bone growth?

Food sources of K2 seem to be very hard to come by especially the longer chains mk-5 +

Seeing as nutrition is far more important than the exercises you do in the gym, its worth looking into malnutrition as underdeveloped bones. You cant grow muscles without protein, and you cant grow bone without calcium.

If you have a proper diet, only those 3 will help you have facial bone gains and to an extent. Diet alone won't.

I guarantee your not getting enough K2 in your diet.

You might get enough vitamin d if your white and go outside a little.

Your probably not getting enough calcium unless your drinking multiple glasses of raw milk and having high grade cheese or dairy products multiple times a day.

Your face won't grow if you start taking K2 you giga coper. Protein is the most important. My calcium levels are ok, and so are my D levels living in a Med country.

I told you the only ways that can make your face to grow, do these or surgery and stop coping.

k2 mk4 is able to increase bone density and interacts with human growth hormone but there arent and PROOF of jaw growth from megadosing but there is anecdotal stories of it growing zygomatic arches

lmao im 25 and i'm actually growing taller each day. My frame and penis are also getting larger.
I'm actually not supplementing, but getting my k2 from eating Natto, Jarlsberg cheese, camembert cheese , Raw Milk. Getting your nutrients is 50x better and I can see why. My joints are aching and it feels like im being stretched constantly.

The fact that the only thing you could comment on this post was getting enough "protein" is laughable and pathetic. Reason why bodybuilders dont have defined faces.

Literally attractiveness/ health is defined by strong bones. Calcium, vitamin K, vitamin d , magnesium etc. are essential to bone health.
