I've been using Melatonin 5mg since January 2024 and I've gained two centimeters. I started at 175cm and I got to 177cm.

It's "only" two centimeters, but better than nothing.

Age: over 30.

but what is the science behind it?
I don't know. It fucks with major hormones and hormonal axes.

I took it for other reasons. Helps me in reducing skin Inflammation.

absolutly wrong your such a fool melatonin in the body is only 0.1 maybe even lower and your putting 100x in your body you dont think the side effects will be dire? dm me next time you do that so i can put a sausage inside your mouth while you sleep

That's why it's called "high dosing".
 
I've been contemplating megadosing Melatonin. 10mg per night. Maybe even 20mg per night.

Why you people always need proof? It's not like I am selling you Melatonin. It's dirt cheap at your local drugstore. At least in Germany.

Ain't no way, it's safe to say that at 30 every last possible growth plates has been fused for at least 5 years

So how the hell do you explain the growth

This has to be some kind of bait
 
Taking more than 3mg of melatonin suppresses natural production
