First of all what will you need?
1g of pure erdafitinib obviously
And a filler of your choice preferably taurine or glycine, you could also use creatine but creatine absorbs moisture so I wouldn’t recommend it, and a 0.001G scale that’s calibrated and preferably a micro spoon. These are the things needed:
okay, get your 1g of erda and filler of your choice , you’ll need a glass or preferably a steel bowl that can fit the amount of powder you’re going to be using.
dump the 1g of erda inside of the bowl
Now put your preferred filler on top of it for example taurine, put only 1g of taurine with the 1g of erda and mix it, with a small whisk or anything you got laying around that’s clean, after you finished mixing the 1g of taurine,
add 2g of taurine(MIX)
Finished mixing the 2g of taurine?
Now add 4G of taurine and mix it well
Finished?
Now add 8G of taurine and mix until you finish. it should look something like this:
For example if you have 200g of taurine, put 1G then 2G then 4G then 8G then 16G then 32G then last of all 64g of taurine , now you have 128G of powder
Remainder of your taurine will be 73G
Don’t waste your time and scoop it 1G at a time just dump all of the rest of the taurine with your mixture
And mix it very well,
(NOTE) don’t forget to crush the clumped up thick pieces of erdafitinib
After you finished crushing the thick pieces you should be left with something like this:
And now congratulations you have finally finished making your erdafitinib
now transfer it back into your taurine or glycine container with a silica pack like this:
(NOTE) : since I used 1g of erda and 200g of taurine the dosages will be 5mg per 1g of mixture
And don’t forget to make capsules I made a few since I was lazy asf.
The capsule weights 100mg and fits 500mg of powder meaning it’s 2.5mg of erdafitinib per capsule here’s a picture what is should look like:
