THREAD SONG:
To start with this thread I am gonna show what MY ascension looks like.
These pics are all from around the time I joined
And how I have been looking recently
I do not fucking care about you guys rating me so dont bother about doing it.
I am going to divide this thread in different parts and getting in depth of what I have done for every of them.
1. EYE AREA:
This feature is what I would say have ascended me the most and it is the one that I have done the most research on.
EYEBROWS:
What has helped me the MOST to grow my eyebrows has been
MINOXIDIL + DERMAROLLER.
I am talking about topical 5% Minoxidil.
My routine is not as consistent as it used to be back then but I was basically this.
I would apply minoxidil with a small brush
Like that one, every morning and every night.
I used to dermaroll the area twice a week.
After some months of doing that I did what changed my eyebrows the MOST drastically:
This was dyeing them black.
I do not think all of you guys have to dye them dark but atleast dark brown is MUST.
Doing that should be more than enough to get good results after 1-2 months. I could also grow my eyebrows even more but Im lazy because they are already good enough. Girls point them out to me and they love it.
EYELASHES:
This was a real battle for me, because I could not find any oral minoxidil where I live and I did not know about international shipping
So I had to go for a really demonized product in this forum.
0.03% BIMATOPROST:
I am aware It is not as fearmongered anymore but I think a lot of people here still believe it is gonna cause insane side effects but It was not my case.
I do have a whole thread on it so I am leaving it here if anyone want to know more in total depth.

But to TLDR it...
I used it for 4-5 months to grow my eyelashes.
Applying everynight 1 hour before going to sleep.
With a small paintbrush.
I would use ONE drop for both eyelashes and apply really low amount of vaseline in the eye area incase the product slipped.
I would also sleep on my back so the product doesnt get on any other part that was not my eyelashes.
FRAUDING:
This is law to get that curled look.
Obviously you gotta curl the eyelashes with an eyelash curler.
I have also wore mascare sometimes but for the lower lashes to make more visible.
I consider it did play a big role in my confidence since it kinda frauded my shitty orbitals.
Moving out of eyelashes, another frauding for my eye area that I do is some really small amount of concealer in my undereyes. I do it for 2 reasons.
1st. To obviously fraud my shitty infraorbitals.
2nd. To contrast my face and the slight blush I naturally got in my face.
2. SKIN:
This will be a much shorter topic since it was easy to fix for me.
If there is one thing I could recommend to you guys would be 0.05% retinol on undereyes. It helped me a lot to be more confident about that failo of mine and kind of fixed the look of my recessed undereyes.
After that I just had a simple skincare.
Cleanser: Morning and night ed.
Moisturizer: Morning and night ed.
Spf: Just in the morning ed.
I am going to purchase TAZAROTENE soon but I would also recommend any renitoids for you guys if you want to get a better skin quality.
FRAUDING:
Best frauding I do for my skin is a tinted spf, I have a ISDIN tinted SPF
Not just frauds ur skin clearness but also frauds a slight tan.
I dont apply it in all the face but mostly in the midface and neck so it doesnt look weird in contrast.
Another frauding that helps in some extreme cases is the same concealer but to cover small pimples marks or just small pimples.
It genuinely makes them unnoticeable and will help you with your confidence while mantaining you low cortisol about it.
3. DIET:
I dont think its copium to have a good diet.
Guys here want to cope saying "but muhh chad does not have a good diet" Yeah bro but you are not chad
It is definetively a good inversion for long term changes.
If you have a good diet you will feel better, you will have more motivation to keep improving, you will not have to worry so much about things like acne or gaining weight.
I have changed my ideas and diet many many times but I will recommend you guys is to eat natural food, doesnt matter anything else and to NOT stress.
If you want a kinder bueno go for it, theres a reason you crave it.
But the main foods you should be eating are:
1. Meat
2. Raw milk
3. Fruits
5. Eggs
Thats what I mostly eat everyday with some small "cheats", which I do not consider them a cheat, every now and then.
LOSING WEIGHT:
One of the most important things but I am not gonna go really in depth because most of you guys are probably low bf %.
Still...for the ones that are not:
Eat mainly natural high protein foods.
Go to the gym.
Train hypertrophy.
Do 1 hour of cardio 3-4 days of the week.
You will be seeing results really quick.
4. FACIAL ANGULARITY:
As you can see my angularity has gotten much better and yes, its partially because of puberty but not all of it.
See my first pics are back in 2024, when I was 16yo, I just turned 18yo some weeks ago.
My angularity 6 months before now was literally 1 point below in a conventionally scale, so this is where Im going to reveal what I have been doing.
BONESMASHING:
I do not want to hear anything about how bonesmashing is cope because I am not interested in debating neither if it scientifically is or not cope.
I have been bonesmashing my chin and gonions for the last 6 months.
I do not know if it actually caused any bone growth but I can tell you that it is excellent to fraud angularity.
Mine with no swelling is above average but I would say it is much better with swelling.
To bonesmash I literally just use my fists and hit myself in the parts that I need to.
Heres the key to still look canny and it is analyzing your face and understanding what you are lacking.
If for example you had an unideal bigonial and you start bonesmashing your zygomatics, it would not make any sense because that wouldnt actually make you better looking. Yes your zygos might look really insane after doing it but you would not be looking better than before for the female gaze.
Me myself I find it perfect to bonesmash my chin and gonions eod.
The swelling lasts usually one day so you will have one day where you might look worse but it is needed because I have noticed that if you bonesmash everyday you will not have as good swellings as if you did it eod.
CHEWING:
Chewing has also helped me a lot to get a better jaw and angularity, believe or not it actually works to grow your masseters.
What I do is simple, I eat a lot of cow beef everyday and chew every bite 10-15 times per side.
I started noticing differences after 3-4 weeks and I was so amazed by it.
I am aware that there are some gums that help with it too but they do not get to my country so I just do that
If you can get it deff give it a try.
5. FASHIONMAXXING.
Heres where I know I am going to get a lot of hate but maxxing your style will get you really far in life if you are not already a chad SMV being which none of us is here.
@Glorious King can back me up here but having a classy, clean and douchey dressing style is gonna bring a lot of bitches and opportunities.
My inspiration to dress is my dear friend CROW.
As you can see he has got a really clean style which deffinetively gives him a good halo in life in general.
For example since I started dressing similarly I have been getting a lot of compliments and way more respect in the laboral world which is a MUST when you grow up.
So yeah guys thats most of it I think. I am lazy to keep writing but I hope this helps yall

The best product for eyelashes
Undoubtedly the best eyelash product for what Ive tried is LATISSE/BIMATOPROST I doubt any of you guys reading this arent aware of what it is. Latisse has been highly demonized if we can call it that, here in the forum, thats why I would like to gatekeep the correct usage of it but I wont...
