I know what it is but hard to put it in words. You basically have an outsider view. Like imagine 2 parties are fighting. If you want to fix this you can actually try engaging in some activities. I used to think drinking was dumb cope and I won’t ever need this I have fun already until I tried it with my homies once and it was very fun lmao.
