Well this might be water but oh well let’s talk about my clickbait theory.
Before you understood how ugly or fucked you were you probably thought you were good looking. This was the case for me Atleast and I was fat, bloated and overall very clapped. After whatever experience led you to this rabbit hole you slowly dissolved that cope barrier. You coped and had a high ego.
Now you understand how flawed you are, you see things you couldn’t see before, and thanks to yout old ego your scared to make moves. You now underestimate how much you have improved, you went from only seeing good side to only seeing flaws. Your scared of becoming your old self reflecting In a retrospective view.
