I just tried to go to the shop and buy some stuff and i was shaking and stumbling over my words like a complete retard

And when i was walking there i was constantly touching my face and picking up my phone

Ive somehow reinstated my past extreme social anxiety that i got rid of years ago

Although if i time the clen better it probably wont be that bad i took it immediately before i left
