High eyes

Is there something i can do about it, when my friends keep saying my eyes look like i was high. Idk if its because i have droopy eyelids, or the dark circles and bad orbital support, or because they also tend to say, that my eyes look too shiny and idk if they look watery or something, but this may be just because i got myopia gravis surgery recently so i dont have to wear glasses and they implanted lenses inside my iris. Also to the dark circles and under eyes, I've been considering fat grafting, but i just turned 18 and dont know if it's worth it or not. Also don't know where and who does it in Europe and in the country i live in.

u just have negative eye tilt, u can fix it with surgeries but anyway it would look shitty, imo u dont need anything
my friend also think that im high cuz my pupils are diffrent size lol, the right one looks 3 times smaller than left

Get a canthoplasty or a canthopexy they lift up and tighten the outer eye corner
