Insane digestion this last week and a half. I have had two shits in that time period and they were perfect.
Internally I feel lubricated like a brand new automobile with oiled gears and workings. Before it felt like I was rusty.
I wouldnt feel as good if I werent drinking 6 raw eggs daily with full fat milk and double cream though. I put it into an empty glass jar and drink it, its very satisfying and tastes very delicious. You need lots of fats alongside proteins either raw or cooked (i eat and drink both)
If you are having gastro intestinal trouble I guarentee you that 99% of the time you have eaten vegetables (fiber) or too much bread, biscuits etc (carbohydrates) which irritates your digestive system and causes bloating, constipation, stomach cramps and diarrhea. You dont get any of that on this diet.
