OK so I just connected some dots that I was being retarted about, and i'm like 90% sure if I get a sleep study done a surgeon would agree a bimax is probably a more viable option than cpap or some other shit.
Here is my dogshit airway.
first the 30mm^2 cross sectional area is severly concerning, as well as the depth being 4mm and the 5819 mm^3 volume. I have like numerous symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea, like pretty much every single one you can have. The dot I connected is that my dentist had said that my jaw is recessed, but I just thought I misheard them for like a month until now when chatgpt (jfl) said that from my side profile it may not look like I am totally recessed because my chin projection is decent enough to not look like I have long face syndrome, but my overall mandible is shorter than it sould be, pushing my tongue back, etc. So I am going to go to my doctor to order a sleep study, sleep on my back during the study, Eat a shit ton of junk food before I go, (not 21 so I can't get alcohol to relax my muscles and cause more apneas), stay sleep deprived before the study, mouth breathe (jfl), and a fluffy pillow that will cause my neck to do a sort of tuck to increase apneas. I hope ts works and my parents insurance covers it, will post results of it as well if I can get the surgery. me btw ---->
