high hr, low bp

Alr so I've always abused reta, and now that im off, my heart rate is like consistently above 100, sometimes around 120, and near bed close to 95. I have a watch to always tell me and track my patterns. I'm also on 600mg of test and Dexedrine for adhd.

What could i do to lower my heart rate? This is primarily from reta but i've been off for longer than two weeks now, heart rate is still same.
