Okay so i got my blood levels tested and my IGF-1 levels are 482 µl/ml, which is over the normal range
My DHT is on the higher side as well (which explains my hairloss)
It does seem worrying as higher IGF-1 levels apparently mean more chance of getting diseases (eg. cancer)
But it also help with bone density, immune system and muscle mass so i idk how to react

I am 19, should I supplement something to get the maximum of bone growth or idk???? can some high IQcel help?

maximize k2, vitamin d3, magnesium, zinc, boron, protein for maximum bone. My skull was getting masculinized at 17-19. Recently my browridge got bigger at 21

Naturally high igf1 isnt really a concern lol. Using gh and some other peds is where the negative side effects begin
