I’ve seen threads on here suggesting the use of adderall, Ritalin, microdosing shrooms, and many other drugs to help with cortisol or stress which can be potentially very harmful long term (microdosing shrooms might be effective but not studied enough and illegal in certain countries). I have yet to see someone suggest the simplest, healthiest combo to reduce cortisol and lower you inhib quite drastically overall AND safe for long term, daily use.

Aswagandha and Green (Matcha) Tea every morning, this personally has been an a game changer for me. Not including the many other benefits that both provide to your overall health my cortisol levels have plummeted and I feel such a peace 24/7. Depression and anxiety have been crushed for me and I feel great and more excited to do things. This ultra combo is simple yet highly effective as green tea contains high amounts of GABA and L-thealine. As well as the adaptogens in aswangandha directly lower your cortisol “stress levels”.

Green tea remains underrated on these aspie forums tho
 
only solution to low inhib are benzos is/phenibut (latter is trash). if u smoke and drink caffeine it will counteract the dizziness, imbalance, concentration perfromance, while still preserving the anxiolytic effect. Of course depends on dose/tolerance
