High inhib - is it over?

I’m 6 foot 3 and consider myself to be above average looking facially however I find that my social life doesn’t match that. I see my popular friends, which none of them are taller than me (all under 6 foot) and facially are above avarage (some I consider less good looking than me) have such an easy social life. They go to parties, have a bunch of friends, and get girlfriends without problems. I did some research and found out that I might have high inhib. Is it over or does it improve? Any suggestions help thanks.
