At school I rarely ever say what I truly think, maybe it’s bcuz I’m a nice guy or I’m just too much of a pussy and afraid of a reaction. Even my friends don’t take me serious or think I won’t say or do things back. I’m a socially awkward khhv 16yr who never talks to girls and can barely be myself around friends if it’s in a big group. Most of the time my whole life I’ve felt invisible yet at the same time like everyone is judging what I do. what age and still khhv = it’ll probably stay this way?

Recently been having panic attacks whenever i have to do something infront of a lot of people, presentations and etc. I would shake uncontrollably and to make it worse, sometimes they point it out. I'm now doing exposure therapy and forcing myself to do social interactions to overcome my social anxiety. It's definitely working, but not in a big amount
