Last week I had 2 days gym holidays so I structured my 6 day usual ppl into 4 day like 3 muscles one day remaining 3 the next then 2 days off and repeat that felt good and I could push harder but usually I do ppl 6 days a week high intensity all sessions but tbh I think recovery stalls due to that should I do ppl high intensity 3 days rest 3 focus on time under tension with moderate intensity ?
