Elite grey method - bonesmashing at school for people with household items
1. Bring your tools to school, in my case this would be your sugar/honey (anything with fructose really tho), milk and/or cheese whilst taking your d3 prehand, your weapon of choice; mine being my football trophy
2. Find a nice period to do it in, mine would have to be lunch or a class I don't like
3. Locate somewhere private, bathroom works best. But anywhere people typically don't go works too.
What you'd do: consume your sugars of choice 10 minutes before going to {place of choice} and then you'll need 10-30 minutes depending on how thoroughly you do it, then chug down your calcium. Bonus: pin your localised areas with igf-1 lr3 if you're like that.
