Use some shampoo with hydrogen peroxide, it lightens the hair, you can also make your own but it's not advisable because you won't mix it as good as industrial machinery.

No idea man, i've never used one of those shampoos, it does weaken the hair a bit depending on how much you use it but i imagine it won't weaken it too much if you want to take it from black to dark brown. Remember that you can always test it on some small portion of your hair and see the transition of color before using it on your whole hair. Also, hydrogen peroxide is dirt cheap i imagine you can achieve the same result by mixing some of it with water (easier to disolve it in water than shampoo) and washing your hair with the solution till you get the results you want

The cinnamon and lemon juice requires sun, it’s just a slower way to bleach your hair but it fries it just about as much and you tend to end up with patches
I would honestly just recommend normally bleaching it since you’ll end up with more consistent results and the damage isn’t too bad as long as you do it right
