I am not that familiar with the maxilla, how do you tell it’s recessed or is it just flat?

the maxilla is ur upper jaw basically under ur nose, when u draw a line from ur eye to the back of ur nose and the line is straight or semi straight then u prob have a recessed maxilla

bimax and a rhino would do you well. What bf% are you? Youre goal should be around 10%. If you still have excessive amounts of fat in and around the face I would look into fat dissolvers for your hyoid firstly then possibly for the buccal region.

Im at around 13-15% I would guess right now.
